thyssenkrupp Stainless Turkey operates a service center and systematically extend its service capabilities to its customers.
We produce high quality products and implement sustainable resource management on 10 state of the art production lines at our service center. With our slitting, cut-to-length, grinding, Scotch Brite and film coating lines we can produce all types of materials in standard and custom sizes in accordance with the demands of end users.
Film coating
In order to protect the coil or sheet surfaces from scratchers, the material can be film-coated on one or both sides. Alternatively, we also offer paper interleaving. Depending on further processing steps, you can select from various types of film to meet your requirements.
Inspection
Our trained employees inspect the dimensional accuracy of the products using calibrated measuring equipment. Compliance with customer specifications is documented in customized checklists.
Packing
On our fully automated packaging lines, we can package material in accordance with our wishes, either "eye to wall" or "eye to sky" on special pallets or standard pallets. The strip edges are protected by wood or board interleaving
Film coating
We perform cut to length for cutting hot & cold rolled stainless steel coil into sheets from 0,3 mm up to 4,0 mm thickness and up to 1545 mm thickness.
